The Environment Protection Act 2017 says it's an offence to make unreasonable noise from a residence. The house was condemned and eventually had to be torn down. Although pets can provide much companionship and love, they can also become a nuisance to an entire neighborhood if not cared for properly. However, excessive, unnecessary, and/or annoying noise is subject to regulation.
