Curcumin is the compound turmeric is valued for, and it is also the reason turmeric is frustrating. In its natural form the body takes up very little of what you swallow, so the number on the label and the amount that reaches anything are two different numbers.
Turmeric XL is built around that problem rather than around a bigger dose. The extract is standardised to a minimum of 35% total curcuminoids and delivered with fenugreek galactomannans, a soluble fibre from the seed that carries the curcuminoids. The fenugreek is a delivery system, not a second active ingredient.
Worth being plain about what that does. Inflammation is a normal immune process, not an enemy. Supporting its healthy regulation is what promotes a healthy inflammatory response means, and it is a different thing from acting on a diagnosed condition.

Pick your region, or search by pharmacy name or town. Every listing carries an address and a number you can tap to dial.
Pharmacies order on their own schedule and set their own price. One short call tells you if they have Turmeric XL and what it costs, before you start the car.
Your pharmacist knows what else you take and what interacts with what. Ask them whether it suits you.
Not really, and the difference is absorption. Turmeric in food is mostly turmeric, a spice with a small percentage of curcuminoids in it. This is a standardised extract in a delivery system built to get the curcuminoids taken up. Keep cooking with turmeric either way.
Because that is a drug claim, and it is not one we are permitted to make or one we want to make. What the formulation does is promote a healthy inflammatory response, which means supporting a normal immune process rather than acting on a condition. If you are dealing with something diagnosed, that is a conversation for your doctor.
Ask your pharmacist. They know what else you are taking and what interacts with what, and since they set the price they have no reason to oversell you.
At a pharmacy, not from us. Open Find a Pharmacy, pick your region or type your town, and you will get an address, and a phone number where we have one. Ring before you drive, because stock moves and no pharmacy holds every product all the time.
That is up to the pharmacy. We supply them, we do not price for them, and the same bottle can differ by a good margin between two shops in the same town. The pharmacy you call will quote you on the spot.
Five formulations, all supplied through the same pharmacy network.
